1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our bookkeeping services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer monthly bookkeeping packages, one-time Clean Up and Catch Up bookkeeping, and fractional CFO services. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax preparation, audit, legal, or investment advice. Results depend on the accuracy and timeliness of the records and account access you provide.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business whose records we handle.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate financial records and account access.
Respond to requests for documents or clarification in a timely manner.
Notify us of any changes to your business structure, accounts, or accounting software before work begins.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before work begins or upon booking. Payment is processed through third-party platforms, including Stripe.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate payment or services not yet performed, at the sole discretion of MW Financial Solutions LLC.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that MW Financial Solutions LLC is not liable for:
- Penalties, interest, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Business decisions made based on reports prepared from client-supplied records.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the engagement is not a good fit, or if we are unable to obtain the records and access needed to do the work accurately.
10. Change to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
